One of the most embarrasing things was season one, day one, of game of thrones when i was on a horse and um, had to manuver said horse through a field with some sort of trees and then fell off the horse. as i was sort of mildly thrown to the ground i then turned around and saw all the crew looking at me and then just burst into tears, so that was one of the more embarrassing things on set.
